Ingredients
Yogurt centers
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt 245 g
- 1 2/3 cups finely chopped fresh strawberries 250 g, washed, dried, and hulled
- 1 tablespoon honey 21 g
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 g
Chocolate coating
- 6 ounces 70% dark chocolate 170 g, chopped
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil 9 g
Equipment
- 1 Freezer-safe tray
- 1 Parchment paper
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 microwave-safe bowl
- 1 Fork
Instructions
Freeze the centers
- Line a freezer-safe tray with parchment. Stir yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey, and vanilla together.
- Divide into eight compact mounds, roughly ¼ cup each, leaving room between them. Flatten the tops slightly.
- Freeze at least 2 hours, or until completely firm and easy to lift without bending. Allow longer if needed.
Coat and set
- Place chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until just melted and smooth; total time varies by microwave.
- Remove two or three clusters at a time from the freezer. Dip each in chocolate, turn with a fork, and let the excess drip off. Transfer to clean parchment.
- Freeze coated clusters about 15 minutes until the shell sets. Store frozen in an airtight container, separating layers with parchment.
- Let each serving soften at room temperature for about 5–10 minutes, checking the center before biting.

Notes
Nutrition estimates count all chocolate and coconut oil even though some coating may remain in the bowl. Store frozen and use within one month for best texture. This recipe is intended as a frozen treat; thawed centers soften and may weep. Contains milk; check chocolate for additional allergens. Nutrition is an ingredient-weight estimate from USDA FoodData Central SR Legacy; vitamin values are input-based estimates without cooking-retention adjustment. Brands and cooking losses vary.
